CANCELLATION POLICIES – Please understand cancellation policies, and if you need to cancel, please do so within the following time frames to enable us to then re-advertise the rooms.

SHORT TERM STAYS OF 1 – 4 Nights / Weekend Bookings:

• 72 hr cancellation notice required for standard bookings (1-2 rooms booked) (rooms booked for 1-4 nights/weekend bookings)
• 72 hr (3 days) cancellation notice required for standard bookings (3-4 rooms booked) rooms booked for 1-4 nights/weekend bookings)
• 14 day cancellation notice required for group and tour bookings  (rooms booked for 1 or more nights/weekend bookings)
• 30 day cancellation notice required for group and tour bookings (11 to 24 rooms booked) (rooms booked for 1 or more nights/weekend bookings)

Please advise by Phone 07 46355466 within the time frame above according to your bookings, so you will not be penalized and also to enable us to re-advertise the rooms.

LONG TERM STAYS:

• 72hr (3 days) cancellation notice required for confirmed bookings (1 or more rooms booked for longer term stays of 5 – 7 days)
• 7 day cancellation notice required for confirmed bookings (1 or more rooms booked and held for longer term stays of 8-14 days).
• 14 day cancellation notice required for confirmed bookings (1 or more rooms booked and held for longer term stays of 15-29 days,
• 30 day cancellation notice required for confirmed bookings (1 or more rooms booked and held for longer term stays of 30 days or more)

Standard Bookings

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for a full refund on standard bookings.Please phone if you require clarity on our cancellation rules.

Group Bookings

For larger group bookings and extended stays:For group bookings where rooms are held for more than 30 days prior, these rooms must be cancelled 14 days prior  for a full refund.For group bookings in circumstances such as COVID, Cancellation policies are still in place. Please phone if you require clarity on our cancellation rules.

Loss of Bookings

Policies are in place to protect the motel from loss of bookings due to rooms being reserved especially the preferred family, group and deluxe rooms. During high peak times and school holidays all booking cancellations may be subject to no refund at all.
